SHIPPING
Generally, we take 20-25 working days to deliver your outfit at your door step. We recommend customer to keep some extra days for heavy bridal wears. Shipping and Handling is FREE on the purchase of USD 199 and above. Shipping in India is FREE We use reputed courier companies like DHL, FedEx and UPS. All the dresses are hand embroidered and embellished.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Figura will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements/size provided by you. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. If they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered we'll offer you a free rectification facility.
You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Custom and Oversize items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Never send back a item without consulting with us. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.
As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send through reliable courier agency only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us. Please mark the items as 'defective returns' and 'not for sale'.
In case of our fault:
- We will do free alterations & modifications.
- Or send free replacement if not possible to repair. We will bear shipping charges for resending the dress.
- If replacement is no longer available then we will request you to choose some other alternative item from our website.
- No refund can be issued under any circumstances.
- We will request the customer to ship back the item to us in India for alterations at our cost or arrange a pick up from their address and send them back after correction or if not possible to correct then ship replacement item with no extra cost to the customer.
In case of your fault:
- We will do free alterations & modifications
- We are the only company to offer free alteration facility to our valued customers. No questions asked. In some rare cases when additional original fabric is no longer available then we might have to use matching color plain fabric for alteration.
- Customer will bear the shipping charges and in some very rare cases cost of replacement fabric.
This is to be noted that the above, or any other provision, we are under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. We have sole discretion in deciding whether or not to accept returns on case to case basis depending on the merit of the case.
Orders once placed can't be cancelled.
Customs/Duties/Taxes
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
